How long does a full 6L hopper last?
About three to four weeks for a typical adult cat eating one cup of dry food per day. Larger pets or higher feed rates will reduce this.

What does the voice recording do?
Record up to 10 seconds of your own voice through the app. When a meal dispenses, the feeder plays that recording so your pet learns to come when they hear it. Most cats associate the sound with food within a few days. A Do Not Disturb mode pauses voice playback from 10pm to 7am so it does not wake the house.

Does it work without the app?
The app handles scheduling, voice recording, and Do Not Disturb mode. Physical buttons on the front let you manually trigger a feeding or change settings. If you lose phone access, the feeder keeps running the schedule you already programmed.

What about during a power outage?
The feeder runs on a 5V adapter. As a backup, it can hold three D-type batteries that keep scheduled meals going if power cuts out. Batteries are sold separately.

What kind of food does it dispense?
Dry kibble between 5mm and 18mm. The anti-blockage structure prevents jams across that range. Wet food, treats much smaller than 5mm, and chunks larger than 18mm are not compatible.

Is it easy to clean?
The stainless steel bowl and food chute can be removed and washed. Wipe the main housing with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the motor unit.
