The 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you or your pet aren't happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund. No arguments.

How to return:

  1. Email hello@nestpet.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item (used is fine) and drop it at any USPS.
  4. Refund processes within 3-5 business days of us receiving it.

Exceptions: Consumable items (if applicable) and items returned after 30 days are not eligible. Damaged or defective items: we'll replace free of charge.

Lost in transit: If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, email us within 7 days and we'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
