Refund policy

Every portrait is made to order for one pet and one home, so our promise works differently than a warehouse return policy. It is built around the proof.

• Nothing prints until you approve it. You review a digital proof before production begins. Two rounds of adjustments are included, so we can get the likeness right together.
• Full refund before print. If we cannot get the likeness right after two revision rounds, you can choose a fresh rendering from a different photo at no charge, one time, or a full refund.
• Damaged on arrival? We replace it, no return needed. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo of the piece and the box. We will put a replacement into production the same day, at no cost, and you do not need to send anything back.

Because each piece is personalized and fired for your pet specifically, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after you have approved the proof and production has begun. The proof exists so that never has to happen.
