You will receive a digital proof the same day you order (US business hours), and nothing prints until you approve it. Two rounds of adjustments are included, so we can get the likeness right together. The proof is there so the portrait looks like them, not as fine print. Once you approve, your keepsake ships from the US within 3 to 5 business days. It ships within days, not the three to four weeks common with overseas made-to-order sellers.

How ordering works

2. Reply to your order confirmation email with your pet's photo. Add a name or date if you would like one on the piece.
3. Your digital proof arrives the same business day (US business hours). Two rounds of adjustments are included.
4. Nothing prints until you approve. Once you do, your keepsake ships from the US within 3 to 5 business days.

Choosing the photo: a strong source photo has the face sharp and in focus, taken at your pet's eye level, in even natural light, with the whole head and chest in frame. One pet in the photo, no heavy filters. If the photo you have won't do them justice, we'll ask for another before we start. We will not begin the portrait until the likeness can be right.

The design stays calm and restrained on purpose. Personalization is optional and kept simple: add a name, a short line, or a date if you'd like. The portrait carries the meaning; the text quietly supports it.
