How does ordering work?

Place your order, then reply to your order confirmation email with your pet's photo, plus a name or date if you would like one on the piece. Your digital proof arrives the same business day (US business hours). Nothing prints until you approve it, and once you do, your keepsake ships from the US within 3 to 5 business days.

What kind of photo works best?

A strong source photo has the face sharp and in focus, taken at your pet's eye level, in even natural light, with the whole head and chest in frame. One pet in the photo, no heavy filters. If the photo you have won't do them justice, we'll ask for another before we start. We will not begin the portrait until the likeness can be right.

What if the proof isn't quite right?

Two rounds of adjustments are included, so we can get the likeness right together. The proof is there so the portrait looks like them, not as fine print.

What if it still doesn't feel like them after two rounds?

Then we take a step back. You can choose one fresh render from a different photo, or a full refund. Either way, nothing prints, and you are not left with a portrait that doesn't feel like your pet.

When will it ship?

Once you approve your proof, your keepsake ships from the US within 3 to 5 business days. It ships within days, not the three to four weeks common with overseas made-to-order sellers.

Can I send this as a sympathy gift?

Yes. We will ship directly to them, gift-ready, with no pricing inside, and we will email you when it has been delivered so you know it arrived. The same-day proof lets you confirm the likeness looks right before it ships. For a gift, a true likeness of their pet says far more than anything generic.

Is this a print?

No. The portrait is fired onto a smooth ceramic surface, so it won't fade, yellow, or curl the way a paper print does. It's made to sit out and stay out, on a shelf, a mantel, or a bedside table, and to still look like them years from now.

What exactly is the piece?

A premium matte ceramic keepsake, about 6 by 8 inches, carrying a painterly, true-to-coat portrait rendered from your photo. The design stays calm and restrained on purpose.

Can I add my pet's name or a date?

Yes. Personalization is optional and kept simple: a name, a short line, or a date if you'd like. The portrait carries the meaning; the text quietly supports it. You can add it at checkout or include it when you reply with your photo.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo of the piece and the box, and we will put a replacement into production the same day, at no cost. You do not need to return anything.
