Shipping

How long does shipping take?
5-7 business days from our US warehouse. We ship all orders from within the US — no 3-week waits from overseas.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm ET ship the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders $75 and up. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $7.99.

Returns

What's your return policy?
30-day happiness guarantee. If you or your pet aren't happy, email us for a prepaid return label. Full refund within 3-5 business days of arrival.

Can I return a used product?
Yes. We expect pets to try products before you know if they work.

Products

Where do your products ship from?
Our US warehouse. Every product we carry is US-stocked.

How do you choose products?
We test every product with our own pets for 30 days. If they don't use it, it doesn't make our shop.

Do I need an account to buy?
No — guest checkout is available. Accounts are optional for faster re-ordering.

How do I reset my password?
