NESTPET ships all orders from our US warehouse with estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.

FREE SHIPPING on orders $75+. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $7.99.

Where we ship: All 50 US states. No PO boxes or APO addresses at this time.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking email within 24 hours of order confirmation. If your package doesn't arrive within 10 business days, email hello@nestpet.shop and we'll investigate.

Processing time: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm ET ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
