Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order. Here is how the timeline works:

• Same-day digital proof. Once you reply to your order confirmation email with your pet's photo, your digital proof arrives the same business day (US business hours), and nothing prints until you approve it.
• Made and shipped from the US. Once you approve your proof, your keepsake is produced and ships from the US within 3 to 5 business days.
• Tracking. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

If your order is a gift shipped directly to the recipient, it arrives gift-ready with no pricing inside, and we will email you when it has been delivered so you know it arrived.
